Nutrymento is the only vegetarian and vegan restaurant in Varese. All food is strictly organic, and condiments such as salt, refined sugar, palm oil, preservatives and dyes are banned from the kitchen and replaced with whole salt, brown sugar, rice malt, extra virgin olive oil and sunflower.
