La Stanza del Gusto was opened in Naples in 1996. At the time the activity had just one table, for a minimum of six people up to a maximum of twelve. Since its opening the place has changed its location a few times, but its philosophy is still the same: “I work in the kitchen”, says owner Mario, “I cook solid and liquid food”.
