Who does not know Brianza, that vast territory rich in excellence that extends north of Milan until reaching the Como and Lecco area? The Consorzio Brianza Che Nutre, overseen by Rosadele Galbiati, was founded, with the main goal of creating a homogeneous territorial unit and smart network, capable of giving a cultural, touristic and economic identity to the landscape in order to increase its attractiveness for both the Italian and foreign tourist. As of today, the Consortium has around forty members of excellence in various sectors: from agriculture (farm, and agricultural didactic activities) to wine, from crafts to sustainable tourism (with packages that offer green and smart experiences, enjoyment of parks and green areas, walking, riding and cycling paths), and cultural associations of historical and architectural interest (monasteries, churches, and aristocratic villas). The Consortium has a Street Food Truck: an extraordinary Bedford from the late 70s, that serves traditional Brianza food, made from the highest quality kilometre zero raw ingredients.
