Bottega Pinfildi, created in 1986, is run by Ulderico Pinfildi who, together with his wife Imma, keeps alive the tradition initiated by his father Alfredo. Orders come not only from San Gregorio Armeno, but also from abroad: mostly Spain, Germany and USA.
